AI Wardrobe ("we", "our", "the App") is a personal styling assistant that helps you manage your wardrobe, discover your color type, and build outfits using artificial intelligence. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple-provided user identifier and, optionally, your email address. We do not receive or store your Apple ID password.
• Photos: You may upload photos of yourself and your clothing items. Photos are stored securely on our servers and are used exclusively to provide the App's features (color type analysis, wardrobe management, outfit suggestions).
• Chat messages: Your conversations with the AI styling assistant are stored to provide continuity and improve your experience.
• Profile information: Preferred language, style goals, and color type results.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, personalize, and improve the App's styling features.
• To analyze your photos using our AI assistant and provide color type analysis, clothing evaluations, and outfit recommendations.
• To maintain your wardrobe inventory and chat history.

3. AI Processing

The App uses an AI-powered styling assistant to analyze your photos and provide fashion recommendations. When you send a photo or message:

• Your content is processed by our AI service to generate responses.
• We use third-party AI model providers for natural language understanding and image analysis. These providers process data in accordance with their data processing agreements and do not use your data to train their models.
• We do not sell, share, or use your photos or personal data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the App's functionality.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL).
• Photos are stored in private object storage and are accessible only through authenticated API requests.
• Access tokens are short-lived (60 minutes) and refresh tokens are securely rotated.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• You can delete individual items, photos, and conversations at any time within the App.
• You can delete your entire account in Settings. This permanently removes all your data, including wardrobe items, photos, chat history, and profile information.
• Account deletion is irreversible and processed immediately.

6. Third-Party Services

• Apple Sign In: Authentication provider. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymous crash reporting to improve App stability. No personal data is shared.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, use the in-app account management features or contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
